A friend mentioned to me the other day that I never submitted a journal entry about Japan. He was right. I got back and the thought never even occurred to me. So I decided I should update my journal with some of the thoughts and experiences I had in Japan. This journal entry is not it, though. There is so, so much to say that I'm going to have to devote some serious time to it. I decided when I got home that I wanted to write down, on paper, all my thoughts and experiences. I started doing that. I began writing about the arrival at the airport in Osaka and the trip to the hotel. Five pages later I hadn't even gotten to the bit where I arrive at the hotel. I wrote 5 pages about the first hour of my time in Japan. I was there for 2 weeks. Following that kind of pattern it's possible that I may end up with a complete book about the 2 short weeks of my trip!

Anyway, I will post something substantial soon for those of you who are interested.

Oh yeah... I am getting a new bass! It's on lay-buy at the moment!
